Amr Shas grew up with motorsport flowing through his veins. and the young Amr started to compete in motocross at the age of just 11 but by was shared in the water sports because he is living in Jeddah City.

As he was a goal keeper in Ittihad soccer club and Saudi nationality team and his career showed promise but a soccer job brought it to a halt in 1990. However, just seven years later he gained his driving license after he completed the year 18 and followed in his big champions footsteps by making his rally debut in a Toyota Rav4 in year 2001 after he left the soccer world.
